Work-life balance is often touted at Big 4 or large regional accounting firms, but how much work-life balance are you really getting? Do you love working in audit but hate the week-long travel out of town? Do you have a passion for tax advisory services but are having mandatory minimum work hours of 60 hours a week during the busy season?
Our people have a passion for audit, tax or advisory services and an equal passion for spending time with their families or other pursuits. Most of us often come from larger firms with the same desires to perform well in our profession but not at the cost of missing out on a child’s first recital or a first home run. We have the technology to work offsite and whenever we want. This allows us the flexibility on how we go about meeting our client’s deadlines, producing quality work and providing trusted advice in realizable productive hours. If you have a desire to continue to learn and grow and become a trusted professional and advisor, that opportunity is here at Stancil PC.
Our professional structure includes the following levels: associate, senior and manager for both the Audit and Tax tracks. Our associates and seniors are cross-trained in both audit and tax. We also offer internships to a select few during tax session. Our Business Resource Group personnel provide outsourced bookkeeping, payroll and accounting services for our growing clients that do not have an accounting staff.
If there is an area you are interested in, we encourage you to contact us either by e-mail or a phone call. We enjoy speaking confidentially with talented professionals interested in working with Stancil PC.
